Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services, including but not limited to:

• Stripe (payments and billing)
• Cloudflare (security and performance)

These providers only access data necessary to perform their services. Stripe handles all payment authorizations, this includes and is limited to: billing and subscription services. Cloudflare is used as our backend security system. We use Cloudflare to run individual clients' websites through a tunnel. This tunnel is used to hide our services IP address and prevent open ports on our dedicated VPS.

Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information but cannot guarantee absolute security. We use our database to store all individuals' information, we try to keep all data as secure as possible. All of our routes are protected with our backend security as well as API requests.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. If at any point in time you feel your data is "insecure" or "unsafe" we will delete your information. This does not include invoices or billing information, we will save all invoices and payments regarding your account for our record. We cannot delete any secure payment information as information is also stored on Stripe - our secure payment gateway. In the event of a data breach or leak, we will take the action of alerting all clients and users through an email with the information we may have.
