Siteify provides website creation, hosting, and maintenance. Services may change or be updated at any time without notice. We reserve the right to update our pricing policy without notice to our clients or users.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. We are not responsible for maintaining a secure password. In the event your account is "hacked", "compromised" or "exposed", we reserve the right to suspend your account without notice. You and only you are responsible for your account's security. If your account is "hacked", "compromised", or "exposed" you are responsible for updating your password. We have 2FA options to further assist with keeping your account secure.

Payments

• All payments are processed via Stripe
• Subscription fees are billed automatically unless canceled directly through our website
• Prices may change without notice

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Siteify for:

• Illegal or fraudulent activity
• Violating intellectual property rights
• Abusive or excessive resource usage

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for violating these terms at any time.

Service Availability

We aim for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. Maintenance, outages, or third-party failures may occur. We are not the only people hosting your services. We use third party systems for managing backend security and hosting services. Cloudflare is used for backend port and IP management. Stripe is used as our payment gateway. VPS hosting is through a company as well.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated:

• Clients retain ownership of their logos and information displayed on our web services
• Siteify retains ownership of website backend code and all hosting services

Limitation of Liability

Siteify is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate services at our discretion for violations, non-payment, or abuse of our services.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho.
